Reservation & Refund Policy
A reservation requires a fully refundable $25 deposit per Vās One vessel. For example, two vessels require $50; three require $75. Your deposit is credited toward the vessels you choose to purchase.
This is a reservation deposit, not a purchase or pre-order. You will not be charged anything further unless you actively choose to purchase.
You may request a full refund of your reservation deposit at any time by emailing support@urnahome.com. No explanation is needed. Include the name and email used for your reservation so we can locate it. URNA will initiate your refund within five business days of receiving your request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
We accept reservations from any country. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will refund your reservation deposit in full.
Estimated shipping is Fall 2027. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may change as development, manufacturing and certification progress. We will keep reservation holders informed of schedule changes.
Premiere Edition Benefits
Premiere Edition reservation holders receive priority access and shipping, development updates, and a $25-per-vessel credit toward the vessels they purchase.
Premiere Edition benefits include an exclusive anodized aluminum finish with laser engraving and a complimentary surprise staple. Product designs shown on this site are concept visualizations of hardware in development.
Six months of complimentary URNA Lifestyle begin when you activate your product. This complimentary period applies once per account and does not multiply with the number of vessels reserved. Planned features include freshness monitoring, meal suggestions, and consumption and spending insights. After six months, your account returns to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan.
Reservation holders receive a lifetime benefit of 20% off all newly released URNA physical products purchased within 30 days of each product’s market release date.
Terms & Conditions
This website presents URNA and Vās One, a smart kitchen product currently in development. Product renderings are concept visualizations, not photographs of finished or fully functional hardware. Features, materials and specifications may evolve during development.
Reservations are governed by the Reservation & Refund Policy above. A reservation does not create an obligation to purchase. Final product pricing and purchase terms will be presented before you decide whether to proceed.

URNA names, branding, designs and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Please contact us for permission before reusing our materials commercially. Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights that apply by law.
Privacy & Cookies
When you submit a reservation or subscribe to updates, the forms on this website ask for information such as your name and email address. The reservation form also offers an optional phone field and records the number of vessels you reserve. Please do not send payment-card details by email.
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage reservations and communicate about URNA. If you subscribe to updates, you may ask to stop receiving marketing emails by contacting support@urnahome.com.
